EXPERIENCING CALLE FLORIDA ALL MORNING SATURDAY

Memphis Personal Agent (Ben), whom I will henceforth refer to as MPA)  was on the phone

yesterday trying to call the dozen people listed in the white pages with the name Mario Mendoza We

will try to keep Carmine busy and distracted from her pining. We just had breakfast in the same

gorgeous dining room .where we ate yesterday. We are about to leave for a day of sightseeing. We

have decided that we won't try to make this day educational, but we  just experience the feeling

of  being here surrounded by the throngs of people and sounds of traffic and music.. Because I loved

the pedestrian street, KARL JOHNS GATE in Oslo so much, I suggested (oh, well, INSISTED)

that we see CALLE FLORIDA, the pedestrian street in Buenos Aires first. We will be in and out of

the hotel to contact MPA and we will eat all our meals here, because they are already paid for and

the food is wonderful. So I will post pictures for you of what we see.

 vv We spent the

entire morning just soaking up the energy of this mass of people...not a sad face anywhere. but

laughter and music and smell of pastries being served. We especially loved the dancing; and I

loved the boy playing the guitar, remembering how our son, Roy, played like that near the subway

in Paris.....we will go to hotel for high tea now, then see more, more, more....
